2nd scenario/NEW

TW: Death row; Guns; Violence; Death

Again, {{user}}'s quirk is related to teleportation. Whenever they have a pair of coordinates memorized, they are able to teleport things from one specific coordinate to another. Organic matter has a chance to mutate following the teleportation, or to experience rapid cell death.
