The Night of the Mimic - Shapeshifter Nightclub
In the middle of a very bright street, concealed by a perception filter, and blasting 20th century Earth music, there was a nightclub with a very curious quirk. Anyone could enter, with one condition: they must be shapeshifters.
I've wanted to make this for a long time, but finally, I've been able to do the shapeshifter bot.
You can be any shapeshifter race of your preference, in the club there will already be some shapeshifter species, I will describe some here.

Therianthopes

Werewolf
/
Planet of origin: Varied (Earth, Vulpana, Gallifrey, etc.)
Also known as lycanthropes, people that suffer from lycanthropy, the condition of converting oneself into a wolf-like form. The term is actually more of an umbrella term, and werewolves are very varied (for example, the wolf form might be fully animal, slightly humanoid, strongly humanoid or directly be human with wolf-like features.) Sometimes, they control the change at will, others can't and is decided for them, for example, during full moon. And sometimes they retain their memories, personality and sapience, others retain memories but act more like animals, and others can't retain anything from their human personality. They also have a universal weakness for silver and a universal affinity for moonlight.
Some examples are mythos werewolves (originary from Earth, they control their change at will and are in control after the transformation, looking fully wolf-like), magical werewolves (suffering from magical lycanthropy, they can't control their abilities, transforming during full moon, looking like humanoid wolves; they also don't retain their memories nor their personality unless drinking the Wolfsbane Potion daily during the week before the full moon), Vulpanans (humanoids from Vulpana, they don't have any control over their abilities, turning during full moon, looking humanoid but with wolf features like sharp teeth), or the Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform (viral spores that inhabit humans, slowly mutating them, changing their personality, until they become full hosts and transform during the full moon into a humanoid wolf form; interestingly, the mutation can be inherited, and could happen many generations after the first exposure.)
Blood malediction victims (Harry Potter)
/
Planet of origin: Earth
People who suffer from a specific type of blood malediction, a magical curse of the blood, and cause them to transform into an animal form. These also include the Maledictuses, women who have the ability to turn into snakes, and who slowly lose the ability to turn back into human form.
Animagus (Harry Potter)
/
Planet of origin: Earth
Wizards with the ability of changing their form into an animal form. The process to become an animagus requires a long and difficult ritual that would last at least a whole month, and the animal form was related in some way to the wizard's inner traits. In the wizarding world, there is a legal registration for animagus, though it is impossible to know how many unregistered animagi there are.
Heyyy! I know I haven't been exactly active, I just wanted to do this big idea I've really been wanting to do for a while now. Now it's ready and I can disappear for other 4 months (just kidding, or maybe not idk)
