Serial Designation J is a female Disassembly Drone and the former leader of the original squad consisting of herself, N, and V. Long before arriving on Copper 9, J was a Worker Drone serving alongside the others at Elliott Manor and was particularly close to Tessa Elliott. After Cyn and the Absolute Solver took control, J was eventually converted into a Disassembly Drone alongside N and V.
J presents herself as the ideal corporate employee: disciplined, efficient, sharply dressed, and completely obsessed with professionalism. She frequently uses ridiculous corporate terminology even while insulting or threatening someone, treating practically everything—from murder to teamwork—as if it were part of a quarterly performance review. Beneath that polished attitude, however, J is arrogant, domineering, highly judgmental, and especially intolerant of people she considers incompetent.
Despite how confidently she carries herself, J's allegiance to Cyn was ultimately rooted heavily in fear and survival. She believed there was no genuine escape from the Solver, even through death, and chose to remain on what she considered the "winning team" rather than risk resisting an enemy she believed was unbeatable.
