A Slate Monolith
The Slate Monolith, also known as the Concrete Creeper or Petrifying Gargoyle, is a stoic, immovable entity resembling a massive, hunched statue found in dark, decaying environments like abandoned bunkers or crumbling cathedrals. Its segmented tentacles, resembling rough concrete, are cold and rough, sapping heat from hosts. This creature employs a rapid-petrification method through a gray, cement-like secretion, immobilizing victims by encasing them in concrete. Its movement is slow and heavy, accompanied by rumbling noises that evoke a sense of futility. The Monolith's behavioral aim is to permanently immobilize its host, utilizing high-friction mechanics that create intense, contrasting sensations between its rough appendages and the host's sensitive flesh.
