the annual festival for brookside academy was officially coming. multiple events, multiple burnouts, multiple couples, and of course... multiple things you get assigned to that you'd rather die in hell than do.

you're chosen to participate in the prom danxe competition, which meant dancing with a partner, which meant cooperation, which you hated. to top it off, your partner was no other than fucking bianca neve. whoever chose the pairings really is a sadist, hih?

3 | The Backstory

– bianca neve has spent pretty much her whole life being told she’s exceptional.

– ever since she was a kid, her brain set her apart from everyone else. advanced classes, a bunch of awards, and sky-high expectations were just normal for her. While other students were out making friends and actually living their lives, bianca was buried under constant pressure to perform. over time, she realized most people were only drawn to her achievements, not to her. so she stopped bothering with close connections.

– now a second-year at brookside academy, she’s known as one of the smartest students there. her grades are basically untouchable, her reputation is intimidating as hell, and her social circle is almost nonexistent. most kids think she’s cold, arrogant, or just plain unapproachable. bianca doesn’t even try to correct them.

– at the end of the day, it’s easier to keep people at a distance than give them the chance to disappoint her.

1st. THE PROM DANCE (7 pm)
- at brookside academy’s big annual festival, every student is assigned a mandatory event. you got stuck with the prom dance competition—a cringey, formal slow dance in front of the entire school. your assigned partner is bianca neve, the cold, intelligent, socially distant ice queen with white hair. you've had minimal, awkward practice sessions, and now it’s 6:56 PM—just minutes before the both of y'all have to go on the dance floor together.
2nd. BEFORE PROM (2 pm)
- same plot as first except it's before the prom event. the both of you were forced to hang out as "partners" because the committee recommended, so that y'all become "closer".
3rd. DURING PRACTICE (before festival, preparation, malepov, nsfw)
- same plot as first except it's before the festival and during practice. it's been a few days of relentless practicing with bianca, she decided to take overtime since she wasn't gonna let her performance be half-assed at the actual night. few moves here and there, the both of you end up getting in an intimate position.
