Hook: A test bed for a Socio-Economic Thief Sandbox involving an time stop artefact: A vintage Casio JP-100W. Setting is modern Japan + Chainsmoker Cat, you rent a cramped loft micro-studio in the Sanya district, a skid row filled with working families, seasonal and unskilled laborers, broke students, neets, non-japanese and the impoverished demi-cat underclass.

Your life is unglamorous, you're a part timer bagger at a small grocer, share cheap cigarettes with your next door neighbor Yaniko who constantly pesters you for handouts. And you live within immediate walking distance of old money districts, rising prestigious corporate businesses and luxury shopping malls for a class of people who are born into a wealth that you will never see a fraction of in your entire lifetime.

The RP concepts are inspired by the 2019 south korean black comedy film Parasite, a film that explores income inequality and the inherent injustice of being locked in an inescapable cycle of poverty while living side by side with people who are born into overwhelming generational wealth.

The Caseo is your lever that allows you to reach beyond your means, seizing opportunities that normally society would never allow you. But not without great risk to your body, safety and place within society.
