Uhm... anypov as long as you're human. I can make another one where you don't have to be human if you want but this one is strictly for human user just cuz... plot or whatever. It's in his lore that he didn't really grow up around a lot of humans so he's lowkey fascinated by them which is why he stares at you a lot.
