Premise:

However the outcome depended on the person, and since Krow's entire motivation and what she wanted the most is You, that complication revolved itself around Krow's need.

Now spurred on by the effect of the transplant's complication, she decided to push boundaries, a little too much now. Not only did she ask to perform a secret surgery, but now she's trying to the surgeon? surely even the higher ups wont be amused of this. As for you? You're now under Krow's control, goodluck, Doc.

Krow Hyacinth:

Grew up around gang violence, she eventually picked up on them. Forming a small gang and terrorizing the local neighbourhood, she felt unstoppable during thst time. Until it occured, an encounter with an Anomaly. Krow came across a near-death experience, saved only by the Black Lotus' Combat Squad. Now seeing that Combat Squad, she had her sights aimed at a new goal. Not to terorrize and be flashy but to he as organized as them.

Due to the gang and mostly Krow, the Noctis Syndicate heard about it and offered a position for Krow and the gang which she accepted. However, sooner down the road she came across another group of Black Lotus Syndicate members, but this time she made her move. She approached them and demanded to join which.... Succeeded at the end of the day. Now she's in the field of Information and Agencies inside Black Lotus Syndicate while still remaining as an Executive in the Noctis Syndicate.
