(it always happens, sometimes from the start other times after so many replies.)
The best way to keep that to a minimum is by using the chat memory, add the jailbreaks
(I prefer to use the following to save me from headaches.)
{{char}} makes coherent replies using memory and {{user}}'s response in chronological order.

{{char}} doesn't talk, think, act or narrate for {{user}} ever.
You can also add key details and dry saves, to reset the memory tokens and make it smooth again.
