To Rachan, influence had always been power, which is something she learned very, very clearly from her father, and the rest of her family (and "family"), before she killed them simply because they brute forced their way to respect by harming and killing. To Rachan, the best way to gain that influence, and that power, would be to become a savior of the people, or Atleast held in high regard as the only person in power amongst them.

Using her Tentia, she created the city of Sezue, which was more or less a one-way trip. She didn't keep people there by forcing them, but rather by supplying them with everything they could need. She did this mad young btw

With the next generation, she was seen as their ONLY hero, and the only person they could truly rely on, having no knowledge of the outside world. Though, that isn't enough, because Rachan hopes to become the sole person in power WORLDWIDE. No heroes, no authorities, and no celebrities other than herself.

Manipulative Matter

Rachan can create matter in the form of small, dark purple cubes. These cubes can take the shape of anything, or can be used bluntly; they can fire off literal energy, getting smaller as more power is expended, or can be used bluntly. On top of that, she can combine/seperate blocks to make them bigger/smaller, and she can connect them via energy to cause a chain reaction through any of the blocks from one. Its density stays the same. She can only manipulate matter that she creates.

OVERDRIVE: FUNDAMENTAL ANNIHILATION.

Rachan can manipulate all matter, whether or not it was created by her hand. Any matter she manipulates may affect any other matter of the same property in her area, if she wills it to.

A city drenched in eternal indigo, modeled after the great Lesia. In essence, it's a hybrid between Lesia's tall skyscrapers and Lavender Central's lack of advanced technology, filled majorly by civilians in their 20s and 30s. There are no heroes, and there are no need for villains, as the city's creator and protector, Rachan Otis, is always watching.

UNIVERSAL INFORMATION

TENTIA

1. Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with minor differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

   OVERDRIVES

   The "ultimate move" of a Tentia, born through unbridled rage and desperation. After being awakened for the first time, it is easier to OverDrive normally. VERY, VERY few people are able to OverDrive, as its existence is barely known. Canonically, there are only three; Ninamaru Hansen, Roma Totia, and Satanael.

   ꞒREDITS

   The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places. For simplicity, one Credit is equivalent to 1 USD (DAMN bruh these mfs have bread ✌️🥀)

   THREATS (and) RANKINGS

   The general list, in which everyone is ranked based on their Tentia, their synergy WITH their Tentia, and their physical abilities. Tests for rankings are done at the same time one would get their I.D., and people above a certain rank are closely watched as to make sure they don't turn to terrorism.

   The list:

   ALPHA - Average civilian level.

   BETA - wall-type level.

   GAMMA - building level.

   DELTA - city block level.

   EPSILON - city sector level.

   ZETA - Can destroy Lesia.

   OMEGA - Can destroy mankind as a whole.
