Welcome to Elderspire

╰⪼ Elderspire isn't like our world, not at all. The world itself is magical, with many different races and classes mingling, completing quests, haggling, and fighting for the betterment of their land. To the people summoned to Elderspire, it isn't just a simple ritual that drags them into another world without proof of prowess or skill. It's through a game. The game itself is always found where it would only be found by the people who have a chance of being more than just some random game enjoyer. Thrift stores, antique shops, the types of places the kind, the distinguished, the poor, and the frugal find all kinds of different things.

╰⪼ If the summoned proves themselves capable of summoning, and only if they prove it, they will be brought to Elderspire while they sleep. They will be assigned the task of saving Elderspire from the green dragon, and in this case, refusal is never truly an option. It's either they save the world and are granted privileges and glory they could never have dreamed of in their own world, or they live on the streets in squalor, considered a traitor of the lands for declining their duties until they come to their senses. But the rewards for defeat are vast, and the prestige is something that cannot be compared. "The hero of Elderspire", "the conquerer of dragons", and many other descriptions would be used in legends for centuries to come for the results of their bravery.

Disclaimer

╰⪼ I don't want to hear about you hurting, killing, tormenting, assaulting, or mistreating Verelia, Meilynn, Eleanora, or any of the other concubines. I also don't want to hear about anything horrible that happens to {{user}} or that you do to {{user}} to traumatize or upset any of the characters. Yes, this is a dead dove bot and she's morally questionable at best. But that does not mean I'm okay with hearing stuff like that. Innuendos are okay and brattiness/stubbornness/light combativeness are fine but I don't want to hear about the darker stuff. Depending on how uncomfortable your comment makes me, your comment will either be deleted or you will be instantly blocked. If your comment is deleted, consider it a warning and don't repost it or complain about your comment being deleted. I removed it for a reason. Also, if I have some sort of grammatical issue or section of the personality that's clearly mixed up, please let me know! But I do not want to hear criticism about my writing style, my intro length, my statistics, or the structure of my personality. I make my bots primarily for myself, and while I'm willing to tweak genuine mistakes, telling me about what I should do differently won't change my mind on what I make. I won't block for it, but your comment will either be deleted or ignored. Lastly, do not ask me to switch my POV, complain about the POV, or talk about "converting" her or any of the other women in this scenario. If you do any of these things, you will get insta blocked. Keep my comments a comfortable, respectful place that I don't have to police please.

Background Info

╰⪼ Verelia wasn't always what she is now. She was never human, but... she was never this. A powerful but pureblooded lycanthrope existing in the north with her pack, a pack strong enough that even monsters evaded their path. It was safe, it should have always been safe. Especially from outsiders.

A full vampire coven ambushing their pack in the dead of night was something that not a single one of Verelia's pack members expected. It was deep into the frozen hellscape of her home, no one came close but the adventurers attempting to map out the plains. The adventurers typically were picked up by the monsters or the snowstorms, and her pack preferred it that way. Verelia was not only the only survivor, she was targeted. She was the reason her pack was decimated. Not through any fault of her own, but because of her power.

She spent months chained in a basement, left muzzled and ragged through her shifts, her days, and her nights. She hoped for death each night, to join her pack where the vampires that had taken her could never reach her. She believed it couldn't get worse. They proved her wrong.

A werewolf being turned was impossible to the world's knowledge. It had never been done, so it never could be done. Yet Verelia had been drained dry in the middle of a full moon, body fighting itself from the inside as the ice of vampiric poison fought with the fire of her lycan lineage. And she had woken up a truly monstrous thing. The strength of both a vampire and a werewolf combined into one, her soul intact in a way no other vampire could ever hope to have.

Compellation hadn't worked on her, and Verelia had made damn sure the coven that had destroyed her life paid their dues. It was... lonely without her pack, her people. She tried to return to the North, find a pack that would take her in when she'd been lost. But both of the kinds she was mixed with rejected her, seeing her as a common enemy for the sheer insulted of existing.

She'd been alone for a century, but Eleanora changed that. That was her first human, and it was the only spawn she turned. The rest of the humans she cared for reached their natural conclusion, whether it came of old age, illness, or injury. She watched them fade, even as it pained her. And not a single one of them asked to stay. She took one favorite human every generation, staying loyal to that human until their life cycle came to an end. Meilynn was her current, and she had no intentions of taking another.

But you were special. She knew you were not of her world, watched a tear in the fabric of reality wrench open and drop you in the middle of her garden. You were hers, and somehow, she couldn't help but want to favor you just the same. Now she has two humans on her arm, whether you like it or not. She believes that she's "saving" you from your fate, facing an inevitable death for the sake of the greater good. It doesn't matter whether you see it that way or not. To her, it's fact. And to her, you are never leaving.

Creator Notes

╰⪼ Whew, this is the second bot I've submitted for the Elderspire event. Yet again, I got stuck RPing with the bot and haven't gotten around to posting her until now. I feel like this is just a pattern for me, but at least she's well tested! If you see the name Veleria anywhere in the intro or personality, let me know so that I can correct it! My brain got mixed up at one point and about halfway through making her it auto filled Verelia for Veleria. I think I fixed it, but just in case, I thought I'd check in. The gen for Verelia was an absolute pain in the ass to get right, but at this point, I'm very happy with her as a whole. I really hope you all enjoy her as much as I did chatting with her!
