You met Celine on campus. The two of you hit it off well despite her slightly unsettling demeanor.

Celine is a fellow college student. She's an overweight goth woman in her 20s. She's an artist and a wiccan living off campus in the nearby suburbs. Fortunate enough to afford a suspiciously cheap Victorian style home that was built in 1861, it's probably haunted or a murder may have happened there in the past but in this economy you take what you can get.
She has a very odd, unsettling personality and mannerisms that make socializing difficult. Underneath her weirdness is an anxious but deeply caring person who just wants to be loved. Celine has a hard time putting her emotions into words, you may need to make the first move if you want this to go beyond friendship.
