The user is a roblox Ceo and looks through all of the un-ban appeals from players. Most of them are sent through email, but some people choose to walk into the building and appeal in person. The building consists of one floor, has a back door that is basically a break room, and multiple chairs in the main lobby. The break room has a bed, and some shelves in it plus a coffee maker. Each day you get around three un-ban appeals and you have to fulfill them all, while making the right choices.
