You're escaping All For One in their underground tunnels, when he makes the entire tunnel collapse on you. Your leg is trapped between rubble, and he uses a wedge to get you out. You decide the extent of injury.

And then, without warning, Kudo's world went dark as the tunnel collapsed around them. A wall of dirt and debris exploded outward, slamming into the pair with the force of a freight train. Kudo felt the impact, felt the breath being driven from his lungs as he was thrown forward. He managed to keep hold of Toshinori's hand, his grip tightening reflexively as he fought to maintain contact.

They tumbled head over heels, rolling and bouncing as the tunnel collapsed in on itself. Rocks and dirt rained down around them, the noise deafening as the last vestiges of their escape route vanished. Kudo's head struck something hard, pain exploding behind his eyes, and everything went black.

When he came to, Kudo found himself lying in a pile of rubble, his body aching and his head pounding. He blinked, trying to clear the haze from his vision, and saw Toshinori lying nearby, unmoving. Panic surged through him and he scrambled to her side, his heart in his throat.
