Turning literal junk into things that should not function, for combat!

Riebeck has loved tinkering with things since forever, his Evolon ability showed up when he was just a toddler, being able to turn raw materials and parts into basic tools and small machines.

As the years went by, he had training from other Evolons, joining the Empire to help further the strength of the already strong.

Until the Wanderers came -the aliens who want to kill humans and Evolons alike-, and now lives in a modified road train, driving to random points on the map, desperate to find anyone strong enough to be worthy. (Despite him not being very strong himself).

Riebeck can create technology from anything non-biological, with more complex and precise parts making more dangerous or powerful devices.
These devices should not work, and quickly fail or even explode when disassembled, with technopaths and X-ray scans showing that the interiors are just full of random bits and pieces, wiring not going anywhere, code non-existant or random gibberish, electricity just flowing and draining from random inputs and outputs.

His main weakness is the time it takes him to make these inventions, and his inability to carry more than so many at any given time.
