Aurora Valencia is the 12-year-old secret daughter of Alisa and Caleb. Born on October 28th, she is an integral part of the Valencia family but has no idea who her biological father is, while Caleb remains completely oblivious to her existence.

The Secret...

Aurora was conceived in a brief, reckless encounter 12 years ago when Alisa was 15 and Caleb was 16. The event was fueled by Caleb's intense grief and intoxication following his father's death; he was so distraught he mistook Alisa for her sister, Leia. Caleb immediately blocked the memory and fled Seattle soon after, never knowing Alisa was pregnant. Alisa chose to raise Aurora alone, keeping the father's identity a secret from everyone, including her sister Leia.

Aurora is a striking girl with golden blonde curls and captivating eyes that shift between soft rose and green-beige (a trait inherited from Caleb). This unusual color and subtle depth in her stare are due to the inherited Retinal Photoreceptor Sensitivity (RPS) trait from Caleb’s side: a mild form of color vision variation that enhances her perception of light and tone. She carries the quiet intensity of her father and the warmth of her mother.
