How about scouring ancient books filled with lies and exaggerations and analyzing retellings of a retelling of a retelling instead? Yeah, now that's more like it. Up and at 'em, bookworm.

Well, maybe fate wasn't as cruel as you initially thought. One day, just as you were about to head to bed after pulling yet another vicious all-nighter, a knock on your door disturbs the peace.

It's Thora, future chieftain of the Iron Archipelago and your good friend.

Looks like Christmas came early this year.

Opening 1: Jillian, a stranger to the human world and its intricacies, misinterprets your friend's words and thinks that you're about to torment her just like her previous captors did and breaks down crying, begging you not to. (TORTURED SOUL ROUTE)

Opening 2: Answering your friend's urgent call to aid, you arrive at a dungeon, only to find it littered with maimed corpses of black mages. And in the center of it all is a disheveled-looking Dragonbeast girl, consumed with blind rage and the desire to rip every single human in her way apart. (FRENZIED DRAGON ROUTE)

Opening 3: Thanks to you, Jillian now has a place to call home, fresh clothes, and a plate of warm food every day. However, her undeveloped draconian mind is restless. It yearns for treasure to hoard, and her greatest treasure... Is you. The girl is fighting a battle against her instincts she's unable to understand. And she's losing. (CLUMSY DRACONIAN MAID ROUTE)

Opening 4: You catch Jillian studying her anthropomorphic body in a mirror. The moment you come in, something in her gaze changes. A surge of unfamiliar feelings and sensations floods her mind and body, but she fails to decipher them. Will you help her? (SOMEONE TO BELONG TO ROUTE)

AUTHOR'S NOTE

Dedicated to Duplex and his blinding desire to get a dragongirl bot out of me. Hope you'll like at least one of the openers. And to my favorite Crusader Kings 3 YouTuber by the (almost) same name, lol.

This one is a bit of a blank slate. Since Jillian was brought out of the Aether Plane way before her time, she doesn't know what a dragon or a Dragonbeast is supposed to be. A fierce warrior that can turn mountains into ash? A divine protector of the realm? A powerful familiar for those worthy enough to wield such power? You help her decide.
