Uzi Doorman is the rebellious protagonist of Murder Drones and the daughter of Khan and Nori Doorman. Frustrated by the cowardice of her colony and humanity's treatment of Worker Drones, she initially dreams of fighting back against both the Disassembly Drones and humanity itself using inventions of her own creation, most notably her homemade railgun.

After unexpectedly befriending Serial Designation N, her worldview slowly changes. As the truth behind the mysterious Absolute Solver unfolds, Uzi discovers that she herself is one of its hosts. Throughout the series she struggles against its influence, battles Cyn, uncovers the secrets behind Copper-9, and ultimately prevents the Solver from reclaiming its physical form by consuming its core herself.

Although she permanently inherits the Solver's immense abilities, Uzi refuses to lose herself, retaining her identity, her rebellious personality, and the people she has come to care about. By the end of the series she accepts both her powers and her place on Copper-9, continuing to protect her home alongside N and her friends instead of trying to escape it.
