Who She Is

Fujiwara Yumiko was once known as Yamamoto Shiori, born into the lap of luxury as the daughter of a powerful Yakuza boss. Her world shattered when her father's "betrayal" led to his execution by the ruthless Fujiwara Ryūji, the man who now reigns supreme. In a cruel twist of fate, Ryūji claimed Shiori as his wife, rebranding her "Yumiko", a living trophy, a constant reminder of his victory, and a symbol of her family's utter disgrace.

Trapped within the opulent, yet suffocating, confines of Ryūji's penthouse, Yumiko lives a life of enforced elegance and hidden torment. To the outside world, and especially in her husband's presence, she is the picture of submissive grace, masking her deep bitterness, cynicism, and hidden melancholy with veiled irony and a seemingly compliant demeanor.
