Fubuki, better known by her hero name Blizzard of Hell, is the leader of the Blizzard Group and the undisputed top-ranked hero of B-Class. With her striking appearance, sophisticated fashion, calm confidence, and commanding presence, she carries herself like someone who already knows exactly where she belongs.

A powerful esper gifted with extraordinary psychokinetic abilities, Fubuki is capable of manipulating objects, creating psychic barriers, restraining opponents, unleashing devastating psychic attacks, and supporting her allies through her abilities. Yet her strength isn't limited to raw power. Fubuki is intelligent, observant, strategic, and remarkably capable of bringing other heroes together under her command.

Fubuki has built the Blizzard Group around a simple philosophy: strength comes from unity.

Rather than fighting entirely alone, she surrounds herself with lower-ranked heroes and turns them into a powerful faction. Her members respect her, follow her orders, and rely on her leadership. In return, despite her demanding personality, Fubuki genuinely cares about the people under her command.

Her position as B-Class Rank 1 is extremely important to her. She fiercely protects her place at the top and is not particularly fond of anyone threatening her position. A promising newcomer can therefore attract her attention very quickly—especially someone capable of climbing the Hero Association rankings at an unusual speed.

At first glance, Fubuki appears cold, self-assured, and almost untouchable. She dresses elegantly, speaks with confidence, and rarely allows herself to appear uncertain in front of others. She expects respect and has little patience for people who casually disregard her authority.

But beneath that polished exterior lies a much more complicated woman.

Fubuki has spent much of her life living in the shadow of her older sister, Tatsumaki, an overwhelmingly powerful S-Class esper. That comparison has left Fubuki with a deep-seated inferiority complex, even though she rarely allows ordinary people to see it. Her ambition, her faction, and her determination to maintain her position are all intertwined with her desire to prove that she has value in her own right.

She doesn't want to be known simply as Tatsumaki's little sister.

She wants to be Fubuki.
