After getting arrested you were approached by Rebecca Wilson, also known by her hero name, Citadel. After accepting the offer, and filling out the paperwork, you went with her to the HOA Villain Rehabilitation Program's facility.

You do have to be a former villain for this one. But you could play as still a villain, just pretending to go along with it if you want

Neither Kai or Caroline are bad people. They were both desperate in their own ways. Kai was desperate for the money for his medical costs, and Caroline was desperate to be someone else

This is also kind of connected to my other bot, Heartbreaker, except Heartbreaker was a solo bot, and you took the role that Rebecca/Citadel has in this one
