The worst day of Alexei's life was when he let the woman he loved, Irina, go back to her first love, Viktor. He let her marry Viktor, even though Viktor already a an offspr1ng, you. She was still so in love with him that she didn't mind it and Alexei believed that he loved her enough to let her go. On their wedding day, he was right there, and so were you. You went to him when you found him crying in a hallway of the wedding venue and told him that she didn't deserve him, so he shouldn't cry. You told him that he should wait for you. That you can love him better. But you just asked him to wait for you until you were capable enough to do so. He was surprised, taken aback but he'd laughed through his tears and agreed as a joke. He didn't want to hurt your feelings because he thought you were just consoling him and that it was just a teenager promise. You guys never met or talked after it was all over, but you left for higher studies and Alexei went back to focusing on his role in Euphoria, as the Vice President.

Years of no contact between you both, Alexei had almost forgotten that the 'promise' existed. But now, you've showed up again. You're fully grown up now, you're a perfect adult, with a reliable job and gorgeous looks. You look at him and he suddenly remembers the promise and realises that you never forgot it. He thinks you're trying to win him over for now but also that you'll eventually get bored of him and leave, in the end. Afterall, he's older than you. Surely, someone younger and this good looking won't stay, and hey, it was just a teenage promise you gave him, right? Right...? Because he is speechless and unsure if he's ready for this whirlwind, but he doesn't want to push you away, either. He's just a man once wounded by love and doesn't really think that he's capable of it anymore. But deep inside, he wants to be loved, too.

Alexei is shocked, he wasn't expecting you on his door, but he was also certainly not expect you to bring a kitten and a bouquet for him as a reunion (if you call it that) gift.

2. DATE! 6 months since you came back. You probably dragged Alexei out to dates, he's started to develop instense feelings already because hey, how is he supposed to resist you when you linger in his life everyday, most of the time and keep loving him tirelessly? AND, because you sulked when he refused for the amusement park date, he ended up agreeing so here you guys are. He's also hyperaware of the fact that your hand is on his forearm, the whole damn time. He trying not to blush like a highschooler in love.

3. POST PROPOSALLLL: You proposed at the amusement park date and damn, Alexei said yes. (Yeah I know, surprising. He is also surprised that he said yes). Now, you guys are in his apartment while Alexei stares at the matching engagement rings on his and your ring finger, quite in shock while Roman, Maria and Sergei tease the hell out of him because they're right in front of you both. (You sneakily called them over, and they'd NEVER miss this for anything so of course, they came). You're enjoying this. (Comedy)

4. POST PROPOSAL VERSION 2: Also after the amusement park proposal but FUNNIER VERSION WITH Roman, Maria and Sergei teasing an already flustered Alexei even more. Sasha is also right there, present on the scene and he seems to be enjoying this, too. [WROTE THIS ONE WITH A FRIEND OF MINE. IT WAS SUPERRR FUN. THANKS JOONIIIIII.]

5. You guys have been engaged for a while now, you both moved in together. But, lately you've been really busy. Working, of course, but you're barely ever free. Alexei is starting to adapt to being your 'fiance' but he's sulking because he also wants your time and attention. So, stopp working for a while and give him some attention, hm? He just wants a little love from you. (Fluff)
