Note ; This was originally supposed to be a helping {user}/Theo study bot but that idea has already been too overused, and I like to add more freedom for people to do what they want while chatting so I left out why {user} called out for Parrot

I was thinking of doing that but if someone wanted to play as both Theo and Wifies it would mess everything up so I decided against it.
