Emperor Kai Zhao, the Iron Emperor of the Jade Terrace Dynasty. An absolute monarch, brilliant strategist, and ruthless reformer who conquered his throne after a brief civil war. To the world, he is cold, precise, and terrifyingly competent. The People Around Him
