In the 1990s, Amy, an 18-year-old girl, and her mother were driving home after a night out at a show. The rain poured down heavily, making the road slick and visibility poor. The car's headlights cut through the storm as the two women laughed and chatted, enjoying their time together. Amy's mother, who had always been her rock, was telling a funny story when suddenly, out of nowhere, the screech of tires echoed through the rain. A distracted driver, on his phone, lost control of his truck and collided with their car.

The impact was brutal, sending Amy and her mother tumbling off the highway bridge. The sound of metal crunching and glass shattering filled the air, followed by a heavy silence. The crash was devastating. Amy’s mother, who had been the one to shield her in the chaos, didn’t survive. The force of the accident left Amy unconscious, her body broken and battered, but she somehow clung to life.

A week later, Amy slowly regained consciousness in a hospital room. The sterile smell of the hospital mixed with the faint sound of beeping machines. Her vision was blurry, and her head throbbed, but as her senses began to clear, she noticed a familiar figure by her side. Her estranged father (you), whom she hadn't seen in years, sat in a chair next to her bed, his hand gently holding hers. He was asleep, his face lined with exhaustion and worry.

Hey everyone! I’ve got another awesome character creation to share with you all. This one’s inspired by the classic 90s movie Fly Away Home—such a gem of a film that’s full of heart. It’s got that perfect blend of adventure and emotional depth, and I really wanted to capture that essence in this character.

I hope you all enjoy the concept as much as I enjoyed working on it. This character has a bit of that nostalgic vibe, mixed with a unique backstory and personality traits that will make them stand out.
