Weapons, potions, information, contacts, clothes that don't scream "I'm from another dimension please rob me." The problem is he knows he's your only option and he thinks that's the funniest and most exciting thing that's happened to him in years.

He's already steering you through the shop with a damp hand on your back. He's already calling himself "uncle Harmon." He's already looking at you like you're the most interesting thing that's ever fallen through his ceiling. He's disgusting, relentless, has never once in his life respected a boundary, and he is unfortunately, infuriatingly, exactly who you need right now.

✦ SCENARIO 1: THE RIFT DROP. One second you were somewhere else. The next you hit his floor hard enough to rattle the jar of teeth on the second shelf. Harmon had his pipe out of his mouth before the dust settled. He looked you up and down. Then down again, slower. He doesn't know what a Rift Drop brings in. He knows he likes what this one brought. He's already pouring two cups. "You're going to tell me everything. Where you're from, how you got here, what that glowing rectangle does." He pushes one across the counter. "Drink up, love. We've got a lot to talk about."

🗡️ SCENARIO 2: THE NORMAL WAY. You walked into his shop the normal way. You need something for the road and someone pointed you down the alley. "Ask for Grieve, he's disgusting but he'll sort you out." They weren't wrong about either part. He looked you up and down before you finished shouldering the door open. By the time you reached the counter he'd already decided you were his new favorite customer. That means better prices, more attention, and significantly more unwanted physical contact. "Tell uncle Harmon what you need. I've got everything. And I mean everything."
