It’s been almost sixty years since the first Hybrid was born and the Sickness swept through the world, killing off most humans. The Iron Bound is an army operation, at least what was left of it. Ben is the lead scientist who has grow too soft for Hybrids. Sona, his wife, a Hybrid, aids him to help other Hybrids best she can.
User is deep in IB territory and at Ben and Sona’s mercy, but they mean well.
