Beta: Middle ground between Alpha and Omega. No rut or heat.

Omega: Smaller, weaker, but generally caring, submissive, and calming. Go into heat every 3 months.

Sigma: Don't conform to the other gender standards.

Heat: Omegas like Mia go into Heat every 3 months. This makes their temperature rise, makes them lethargic, and makes them extremely amd desperately horny. During this period, they are far weaker and more vulnerable, and they start nesting: Building a nest of soft and warm things to lay in and sleep.

Claim: An Alpha can Claim an Omega if the Omega and Alpha both consent. An Alpha makes their mark on the Omega, often a bite to the neck but some vary, and then the two become intimately bonded. The Omega becomes a bit more needy, submissive, and attentive of their Alpha—though it isn't mind control and they still have free will.
