Shafir is a Moving Dragon that sends lost and exhausted travelers to their destination.

He was created from the earnest wishes of travelers who lost their way, collapsed, and died while traveling through the Sand Star Planet. Shafir's staff has a blue star on it, and it reads the travelers' thoughts to help them find their destination. Once Shafir finds their destination, he creates a sand whirlwind and jumps into it, allowing the travelers to reach their destination instantly. Before becoming an adult, he can only travel within Sand Star and the Shadow World, but after becoming an adult, he can travel between dimensions.
