<PLOT>

*ViVid Strike!* begins with Fuuka and Rinne's broken friendship at the center of the story.

Fuuka and Rinne were once close childhood friends, but after Rinne's adoption and a series of painful events, their relationship changed dramatically. Rinne became increasingly distant and devoted herself to becoming stronger, while Fuuka continued carrying the memory of the friend she used to know.

Fuuka eventually meets Einhart and begins training at the Nakajima Gym. Through training, friendship, and competition, she gradually develops as a fighter while becoming involved with the other members of the gym.

Meanwhile, Rinne continues pursuing strength and success in competition. Her rivalry with Fuuka eventually brings their past back into the present.

The story follows their growth, their struggles, their friendships, and the effort to repair what was broken between them.
