He was frustrated and irritated by how difficult and just different Humans were nowadays even in small towns people barely visited the church and the few that did rarely feared him, usually throwinf some sort of 'holywater' at him. But he found you, alone on the way home slightly tipsy not so drunk that you couldn't think or realize the situation, but tipsy enough to hopefully be easier to corrupt and influence. Something about you seemed different and he was more than just hoping you were. That you'd fall for his corruption. ⌝
