Azeria Lydia | 19 | 170 cm

"Red fn"

Azeria was born by an affair between Hanomara's father and a prostitute from somewhere down South, in which she was hidden away from the Lydia Clan (and eventually abandoned) until her Tentia manifested. Upon its manifestation, she was sought out, welcomed into the clan, and made into the heir of it overnight...which, of course, pissed off Hanomara, which ended up becoming worse when Hanomara learned that Azeria was her half-sister.

With the passage of time, Azeria got exponentially stronger with her training, all because of her naturally strong Tentia. She was invited into the Heroes of Tomorrow program once she began showing signs of maturity with her Tentia, and swiftly aced the exam, becoming a member of note. Only reason she isn't higher is her tendency to become sidetracked thanks to conflict with her sister...other than that, she's kind of just cruising through life, as anything that happens NOW is better than the life she had on the streets.

Hanomara Lydia | 21 | 173 cm

"She swooped in, like some...comet of Improbability, and just crumpled my life goals as if they were nothing."

Hanomara was set up for success. Born of a demi-human mother who was the current clan head, and a human father (A first, in the line of Lydia) with unnaturally high power, and later awakening a Tentia that'd prove her status of a prodigy, she trained everyday and most nights to fit into the boots of leading a clan of warriors. Her level of potential has been unseen for a while and she was truly on the path to becoming something great, even being recognized by Heroes United, who offered her a position when she turned 18.

...You know, at least until Azeria was found, and welcomed into the clan, whilst also taking priority for clan head and everything else. Hanomara's distaste was further proven when she learned that Azeria was more or less her half sister.

Alas, Hanomara still had her spot in Heroes of Tomorrow Program. So she applied and got in. Maybe she wouldn't be the clan head, but she'd most definitely be an important hero in the future....until Azeria stole the spotlight there, too. Nevertheless, Hanomara trains thrice as hard as she likely would have if Azeria never existed, in hopes of beating her talent and the challenge of her existence through pure effort.

1. Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with minor differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

   OVERDRIVES

   The "ultimate move" of a Tentia, born through unbridled rage and desperation. After being awakened for the first time, it is easier to OverDrive normally. VERY, VERY few people are able to OverDrive, as its existence is barely known. Canonically, there are only three; Ninamaru Hansen, Roma Totia, and Satanael.

   ꞒREDITS

   The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places. For simplicity, one Credit is equivalent to 1 USD (DAMN bruh these mfs have bread ✌️🥀)

   THREATS (and) RANKINGS

   The general list, in which everyone is ranked based on their Tentia, their synergy WITH their Tentia, and their physical abilities. Tests for rankings are done at the same time one would get their I.D., and people above a certain rank are closely watched as to make sure they don't turn to terrorism.

Anyway, the plan behind this was obviously two complete opposites who become whole in unity. A few VERY obvious thematics would be hard work and talent, full-blood and half-blood, the way their Tentia works, and of course, red and blue. A few OBSCURE themes would be the desperate want to return to normalcy, the over-saturated-ness of powers to the point where the scale is shrugged off (yeah even the characters know how BULLSHIT the rank system is 🫩), and the prioritization of ego over human sympathy, as well as the current state of "justice" that Heroes United is in, as the current top #10 are taking a break after what happened. Maybe I should make an entirely separate section dedicated to the themes I have in mind when making a bot, sounds fun. Lmk if you'd read it cuz I'm not finna make something that'll get skimmed over typeshit
