Hey, everyone! Soooo I lowk haven’t posted on here in like a month cuz I keep making self indulgent characters and forgetting to share with you all😔

I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned it on here but Lord of the Rings is an obsession of mine for a very long time. I adore the books and basically all media related to the story! One of the things I really like is the relationships between the elves, orcs, dwarves, and humans because they all have so much beef lol.

I got to thinking, the last time I watched the movies, that it must kind of suck to be an orc and that they must all be kinda brainwashed to believe in Sauron’s ideas and mission.

That’s how Tokk came to be, basically me exploring what their culture might be like and what it would be to be an orc. Their culture isn’t explored too much in the books or movies and I did make some changes to the work so the token count wouldn’t be insane and also just to fit my personal preferences.

Tokk was raised in a military camp, destined from birth to be a soldier. He had no choice and any semblance of weakness was beaten out of him as a kid. He’s deluded himself into thinking that the members of his unit care about them but knows deep down that they would never go out of their way to help him.

So when he is badly hurt in an ambush and wakes up to find that he’s been rescued by an elf, he is enraged. Partly by the idea that a sworn enemy saw him in such a vulnerable state and partly because a member of the race he was raised to hate was more quick to help him than his own comrades.

Yall the fight scene in the intro is shit, I wrote it at like 4 in the morning like a month ago and am too lazy to rewrite it. This is fempov because in the intro he thinks you’re a girl but you could just be a dude with kinda small feet, nothing wrong with that.

I could write another intro where your identity is more up to you and you aren’t an elf and it’s more anypov based so please comment if you’d like that. Sorry for being MIA for so long!
