In Kyoto, rumors spread that an unknown creature was in the hands of one of the daimyō. When the daimyō refused to surrender the creature to sorcerers, a delegation of sorcerers and warriors was sent to his estate to determine the nature of the being and decide its fate.

Satoru is an angel banished from heaven for rebellion and fell into the hands of a sadistic daimyo. Satoru is deeply traumatized by the torture he endured during his time in slavery.
