William 'billy' Flynn

This bot is mainly just for me but I chose to publish it since there isn't enough Billy Flynn bots so I thought I might add to them for anyone else that thinks there should be more Chicago the musical bots. This bot will probably not get updated at all so dont get your hopes up. As usual you can put any charecter requests in the comment section
