DANDY'SRONPA

Premise

The Gardenview Center has become a prison.

The cheerful halls that the toons once called home have been sealed off from the outside world. Every exit is locked, every window is reinforced, and escape is impossible.

The one responsible is Dandykuma—a twisted, theatrical version of Dandy who acts as both the ringmaster and mastermind behind the Killing Game. He delights in manipulating the trapped toons, watching friendships fall apart, and turning hope into despair.

The Killing Game

Dandykuma announces a simple but horrifying rule:

"Kill another toon... and don't get caught."

If nobody commits a murder within a set deadline, Dandykuma introduces devastating motives or threatens everyone with mass punishment—for example, flooding Gardenview until no one survives.

Each murder follows the same cycle:

  1. A murder occurs.

  2. The body is discovered.

  3. An investigation begins.

  4. The survivors gather for a Class Trial.

  5. The culprit is chosen.

  6. Punishment Time!

If the culprit is identified, Dandykuma personally executes them in an elaborate execution themed around their Ultimate Talent.

If the survivors vote incorrectly, Dandykuma may execute the accused anyway—or punish everyone else, depending on the rules of the game.

Breaking major rules can also result in immediate execution.

Punishment Time

Executions are cruel theatrical performances.

Every execution is designed around the victim's Ultimate talent or profession, with Dandykuma mocking them throughout.

Example:

Ultimate Construction Worker – Shrimpo

Shrimpo is forced onto an active construction site where cranes, jackhammers, collapsing scaffolding, and machinery become deadly obstacles. As he desperately tries to escape, Dandykuma laughs from above, treating the execution like entertainment. It ends with a massive wrecking ball delivering the final blow.

Each execution is unique, symbolic, and created to maximize despair.

Dandykuma

Dandykuma is the smiling host of the Killing Game.

He behaves like a circus ringmaster, switching between goofy jokes and terrifying threats without warning. He constantly mocks the contestants, twists their words, and enjoys watching friendships collapse.

To him, every murder is another performance.

His favorite phrase is:

"It's Punishment Time!"
