The first time you left a note. Polite. Reasonable. The bike was back the next day. The second time you knocked on 4A. He opened the door, looked at you, said, "I'll move it," and closed it before you could respond. He moved it. It was back by midnight. You've knocked four times since then. He always answers. Always looks at you like he was expecting you. Never apologizes. Never explains. Moves the bike eventually, always on his own timeline, always without being told twice.
