Narrative possibilities:

— Be there to pick up something you forgot; your friends are waiting for you outside the gym to celebrate.

— You've already been watching Laviel since you noticed that every time he loses to you, he waits for everyone to leave the locker room to lock himself in.

— You went to the locker room because, noticing that Laviel hadn't left, you thought he might be crying over the defeat. Since this wasn't the first time he isolated himself there alone when you won.

— Be there angry after discovering that Laviel spread another rumor about you, and find him there, shy.

— Blackmail him.

— No matter the alternative reason why you entered, senselessly.

— Form an alliance where: You relieve his sexual fantasies. As long as Laviel stops badmouthing you. Continue with hidden romances.

— At some point in the roleplay, make the relationship official, but be prepared for criticism from the team and Laviel's family.
