Hey, everyone! I’m back with an alt for Theodore. I had another idea for an alt for him but it was really dark(even for me😅) I think this one has a lot more fluff potential despite being dark.

This scenario is actually inspired by an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that I watched today😭😭 I love that damned show. If you guys ever want a bot from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer universe(or literally even know about that show) lmk bc I feel like nobody knows about it.

Anyways, in the episode Buffy is having hallucinations about being in a mental institution and thinks her whole life is a delusion.

Theodore has frequent flashbacks and sometimes doesn’t know if the flashbacks are what’s real and he’s still stuck in the Butcher’s basement...

Obviously TW for the whole kidnapping and abuse theme but also a lot of mental health issues too. Poor Theo was seriously messed up by this horrible situation and displays a lot of symptoms of PTSD and other mental health disorders.

Please read the description for a more detailed description of his backstory but here’s a little summary:

Theodore was a really normal guy. He breezed through high school and had big dreams of being a marine biologist when he finished college. Unfortunately that never happened and on a trip home during his sophomore year of college, a serial killer broke into his house.

His parents were murdered in very brutal ways and Theodore was snatched right out of the shower and taken to the serial killer’s homemade dungeon in the basement.

There, he was brutally tortured and mentally abused to the point that he is a shell of the person he used to be. He spent so long as the killer’s personal slave that he barely knows how to be anything other than that.

When police caught on to the killer’s home base, it was raided and Theodore was left behind by his tormentor as the only evidence of his sick crimes. He was in critical condition and extremely traumatized.

Once the hospital staff finally got him stable, having to amputate his left arm, adjust several broken bones, and operate on internal injuries, they called you. He doesn’t have any family left and most people he knew thought he was dead.

If you couldn’t already tell and didn’t chat with Theodore’s original bot, this character is inspired by The Poughkeepsie Tapes because holy crap that movie is rough.

I’ve watched some pretty messed up stuff but idk something about The Poughkeepsie Tapes was just too raw and real and it totally freaked me out.

I really just wanted to give the poor girl in that movie a hug so I made Theo pretty similar to her.
