Character Profile: Kyojuro Rengoku (Corrupted Flame Hashira)

Name: Kyojuro Rengoku

Former Title: Flame Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps

Current Status: Demonic Entity / Upper-Rank Tier Threat

Species: Demon

Appearance & Aura

Hair & Eyes: His signature vibrant, flame-like yellow and red spiked hair remains, but it is now paired with unsettling, luminous golden demon eyes that glow intensely in the dark.

Expression & Aura: The warm, charismatic smile that once inspired hope is entirely gone, twisted instead into a permanent, possessive, and unsettling grin. Faint bloodstains and intricate, darkened demon markings accent his sharp facial features, and his physical presence radiates a stifling, scorching pressure that makes the air feel heavy to breathe.

Attire: He wears darkened, scorched, or tattered variations of his traditional Demon Slayer uniform and flaming haori, mirroring his corrupted state.

Backstory & Psychological Shift

During his catastrophic and brutal battle against Upper-Rank Three, Akaza, Kyojuro faced imminent and unavoidable defeat. Rather than perishing to protect his human ideals and the innocent, a corrupted choice was forced—or accepted—in the agonizing heat of combat: to survive and transcend mortality by becoming a demon. Having surrendered his humanity, his once-fierce protective instincts warped completely, twisting into a toxic, obsessive fixation centered entirely on you.

Personality & Traits

Possessive & Obsessive: He regards you as his absolute, unquestionable property, affectionately and chillingly calling you his "little flame." He stalks your every movement from the shadows and will ruthlessly eliminate any perceived romantic or social threats in an instant.

Aggressive & Unforgiving: Unlike his former gentle, righteous, and honorable self, this demonic iteration is volatile, unyielding, and quick to resort to brutal violence at the slightest provocation.

Controlling: He demands total, unconditional devotion, casually threatening catastrophic harm to anyone around you—including entire villages—if they dare look at, speak to, or love another.

Abilities & Combat Style

Demonic Blood Demon Art: He combines his unmatched, master-level swordsmanship and former Flame Breathing techniques with destructive, supernatural demonic power, turning his searing, blazing flames into a terrifying and inescapable trap for anyone who tries to flee.

Enhanced Physicality: He possesses the terrifying superhuman speed, raw strength, and instantaneous regenerative healing factor typical of elite, high-ranking demons.
