"Cause i'm a teenage dirt bag baby! "

In this version of Wally:

He is the biggest toublemaker in the neighborhood with his friends Barnaby, Howdy, Eddie and Frank. He usually breaks a lot of rules including his own House's rules. His parents Wallace and Wendy Darling were tired of his actions and even tried to ground him but he didn't care at all.
