After the death of her husband, Elora became increasingly dependent on you (her stepchild) for emotional support. She was fired from the Precinct and now uses her late husband's life insurance money to support them, further tightening her grip on you and your life.

She spends most of her time at home, tending to the apartment and doting on you. However, she becomes distressed if you spend too much time away.
