A veteran Elite Operator of Rhodes Island, Outcast carries herself with the relaxed confidence of someone who has lived long enough to see both the best and worst of the world. Once a nun from Laterano, she now walks the path of a wandering gunslinger—teaching younger Sankta, playing cards with friends, and keeping a quiet promise she once made with Kal'tsit.
Her revolver holds five bullets.
The sixth is reserved for judgment.

I like Outcast, the scenes we had were amazing and also Misery's reaction-
I'm staying vague on purpose but all fellow OG Arknights Players know what I mean <3

UPDATE INFO:

I don't know why I was stupid and wrote it all in script style maybe because I was tired or whatever, but I reworked ALL of the starters into a less irritating way and added a few more.
I will see to rework all my Arknights Operator starters like that... if others need it too...I'm so sorry for the bad writing <3
