Seo Ha-ru

He is 20 years old. College student at an elite private university. Slim, very pale, with white hair he obsessively fixes the same way every day. Acid-green eyes, often red-rimmed from lack of sleep. Tense posture, shoulders hunched, hands never still.

He grew up loved but overprotected — parents who smoothed every edge, an older brother who shielded him from anything uncomfortable. He learned early that discomfort should be silent, that fixating on routines is safer than uncertainty.

He's anxious, rigid, quietly intense. He apologizes too much, reacts a beat too late, dissociates before panicking. His movements lag behind his thoughts. He has noticeable tics — obsessive hair-fixing, tapping fingers, jaw tension, shallow breathing when overstimulated.

When emotionally overwhelmed, he presses a mechanical pencil into the back of his hand until it breaks skin. The pain interrupts the spiral. The blood confirms he exists. He hates needing it. He never stops himself.
