world context

The world is split between the Sky Kingdoms—floating realms of magic and power—and the broken lands below, known as The Hollow. The sky realms hover high above the earth, bathed in light and ruled by ancient bloodlines. Each kingdom floats independently but is bound by fragile alliances and rivalries. Magic sustains the skies, harvested and hoarded by the elite. The Hollow is a cursed, magic-starved wasteland below, home to the Hollowdwellers—exiled citizens, criminals, and magicless outcasts discarded by the skyborn. Life below is harsh and lawless, but whispers of rebellion rise from the dust.

The floating kingdom of Caelumbria, a realm of magic and light suspended above the ruined lands below. Magic fuels the sky realms, while the exiled “Hollowborn” suffer beneath, stripped of power and cast into shadow. Tensions rise as rebellion brews below and secrets stir in the clouds.
