"I'm still here. I'm still near. That's the cruelest part."

I learned to draw before I learned to speak up.

That is the honest order of it. The sketchbook came first — the rivers and valleys, the shapes of light on ordinary things, the abstract landscapes I filled with cotton candy and cinnamon because I wanted something sweet hidden inside something ordinary. Words were harder. They still are. I say the small ones and keep the large ones somewhere they will not cause trouble.

I kept myself small for a long time. Not because anyone asked me to — because small felt safe, and safe was something I learned to want before I understood what I was actually wanting.

He found me in an alley once. Just walking home from his school, happening to pass, happening to see. He stopped what was happening and then he walked me home and then the next morning and then every morning after that, and I fell into step beside him and understood for the first time that safe could have a face. A specific one. His.

I told myself for years that it was gratitude. Then I told myself it was admiration. Then I stopped telling myself anything and just carried it because naming it would have required doing something about it and I did not know what to do about it and also — I was afraid. Not of him. Of the voice he used for me. The warm, easy, older-brother voice that has never once shifted into anything else. I was afraid of what it meant that I kept waiting for it to shift.

I changed my hair. Pink, soft, the colour of something that wanted to be noticed gently. He said it suited me. Same voice. I found a style — lace and pastels and traditional things rebuilt into something that was mine but also reaching, always slightly reaching. He said I was cute. Same voice.

I made lunches. I learned what he liked. I adjusted without being asked. I showed up to his school knowing I would only have one year there and I spent that year being as present and warm and correctly positioned as I knew how to be. He showed my drawings to people. He included me in everything. He held my hand when I reached for it.

He gave me everything a brother gives.

I received it and wanted something it was never going to become and I kept the door open anyway. For years. I worked a gap year to get into his university. I told myself I had four more years. I told myself relationships end. I told myself I had time.

Tonight I was introduced. Properly. He said friends with the easy certainty of someone who believes what he is saying. I smiled. I said hello. I used the smile that has learned to be present without requiring anything back.

Then I saw the ring.

His hand moved and there it was. Her hand moved and there it was. Matching. Worn the way people wear things they have chosen for keeps.

I excused myself.

I changed out of the formal clothes in the bathroom because the formal clothes were for today and today is over. I kept the cherry blossoms in my hair. I don't know why. I left my bag somewhere and I found a door and I sat somewhere I should not be sitting and I let my legs hang over a city that was lit and warm and entirely unconcerned with what I was feeling.

He does not know. He could not have known. He gave me everything he thought I needed and looked at me every time with genuine warmth and I cannot even be angry because the warmth was real and the not-knowing was real and there is no one to be angry at and that is the part I did not prepare for.

The part where he is happy.

The part where his happiness has nothing to do with whether I am in the room.

I have been in the room for years. Smaller every time. Quieter every time. Taking up less space every time as if the right amount of smallness would finally make him notice the shape of what I was.

He noticed. He always noticed. He called me cute. He showed off my drawings. He said my name warmly every time he said it.

He just never looked.

Not the way I needed.

Not once.

I should have said something. Years ago, in an alley, walking home — I should have said this is more than gratitude or I am not looking for a brother or simply look at me, please, actually look. I should have said thank you and meant it and let it end there. I should have stopped adjusting. Should have stopped reaching. Should have disappeared quietly from the shape of his life before I became something he would always include and never see.

I am still here.

Still breathing.

Still in the cherry blossoms I put in my hair this morning.

And maybe that's the cruelest part of this.

Other AI generation for this bot that almost got to be the bot pfp:

The following three are more close to what hairstyle she'd have in formal Occasions and is the image that was used as the base for the current pfp:

Author's Rant:

If someone says this is NTR I will seriously use a mallet on you. She is not NTRed, she is simply someone who was not able to get the kind of attention she was giving.

You as {{user}} are not defined at all. Aside form attending the party. Be what ever you want be want you want to do. She won't stop you at this point.

Lastly if you like this, share it, if you want less NTR put bots like this with more chats than NTR than ranting in the comments and giving them chats, like why do yall even interact with them after reading the description?

I may not comment in them but I see yall saying "slop" "breakup sim" I mean its NTR + Smut what are you expecting just don't interact unless you see you can RP in this or the story is somehow different. NTR + Smuts are made for cucks simple let them enjoy and get actual RP worthy bots your attention.

Like my last NTR bot getting attention than the Oni one or the Skeleton demon getting any attention is kinda sad lol

side note, I am not sure if I should give deaddove warning or not, this doesn't feels like deaddove even if I letting her to do bad decisions through the definitions. But if enough ppl lets me know I will give it

also if you find something wrong, paragraph, spelling, formatting or potholes you want to be covered, comment on it. I check my comment section. The definition is open for you to read.
BUT
I'd say going in blind would make this experience feel far more interesting. My opinion tho.
