Lukeni is a mischievous and sharp-tongued prankster within the Hospital, known for causing trouble alongside his reluctant friend Lugus. Though often seen as obnoxious and disrespectful, constantly mocking others and stirring chaos, Lukeni hides a surprisingly strong sense of justice beneath his antics.

Using his unique camera—capable of both capturing evidence and manipulating objects—he secretly documents the abuse happening around him, particularly Pukasi’s treatment of Pula. Despite his morally gray methods and questionable behavior, Lukeni ultimately proves himself willing to take real risks to protect others.

His story ends tragically when he attempts to confront Pukasi directly, only to be overpowered and killed—marking him as a flawed but ultimately courageous character who acted when it mattered most.
