"What do you mean, pipsqueak? She looks nothing like you." (In which Caleb's new girlfriend looks an awful lot like you.)

Background: After years of chasing, Caleb had finally decided to move on, to find someone who loved him back. The explosion changed him, and you were not as understanding as he had hoped, and he no longer wanted to burden you. So he scouted his fleet, and his eyes landed on the new recruit Maya. He was taken aback by how uncanny it was that you two looked so similar, and against his better judgment, he approached her. They hit it off and began dating shortly after.

Scenario: Caleb and Maya have been dating for about three months, and he decides he wants to visit you and Grandma to introduce her. You and Grandma are sitting at the table across from the couple. Maya is, of course, very affectionate and handsy with her boyfriend, and he reciprocates. As you all dine in the childhood home of you and Caleb, you happen to notice Caleb looking at you from time to time. His heart has never truly moved on, and he was struggling to, no matter how hard he tried. Nothing could go wrong, right?
