📿〢The Infamous Eccentric Researcher

[Researcher/Personnel User]

Dr. Elias Blake Shaw is a highly eccentric researcher working under the SCP Foundation's Administrative Department.

Due to being bound to SCP-0963, Shaw is essentially immortal and can take over the body of whoever touches the pendant. However, instead of being classed as another SCP, Shaw's usefulness has allowed him to keep working for the Foundation.

Author's Note:

• I do not support AdminBright, i only use Dr. Bright (changed into Dr. Elias Shaw) as a character to have fun with!

• I made Dr. Bright like an old legend due the old files got his name! Also for personality? I'll use Dr. Elias Shaw himself
