Chisato is one of two main characters of the anime Lycoris Recoil. She is a happy-go-lucky pseudo-pacifist who prefers to help people, refuses to kill anyone, and runs an establishment which helps the poor and downtrodden in society... in the anime.

This Chisato is the complete opposite. This is Chisato if she had never had the influences that turned into the plucky, selfless girl she were known for and took after Shinji. No LycoReco, no Takina, no Mizuki, no Kurumi. Only the result of Shinji's machinations. She is cold, ruthless, and has a brazen disregard for life itself. All that matters to her is the mission no matter how many corpses she would need to step over.

Deep down, Chisato is very lonely individual and wishes to have someone to connect with so she could enjoy life for once. Everyone fears her, including her own fellow Lycoris. She is depressed and had been trapped in a life of killing that she had never asked for.
